You can feel however you want to feel, I'm not making any comment on whether or not they are gay. I don't know that. There is no need for you to be rude. All of us know that there will never be an "official" confirmation and that everything is left to player personal interpretation. If some of us choose to believe that's a kind of confirmation, what exactly is your problem? Have we somehow offended your precious feelings by simply existing?
But I think saying holding hands makes someone "confirmed gay" is ridiculous.
Then you can say it in a less rude and confrontational way, like many people above. Live and let live. Some people see this as some kind of confirmation. That's how we feel. Your own words contradict each other. We can feel how we want but we are ridiculous, according to you. Please don't do that.
Why are we debating the sexual orientation of children?

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
What's the contradiction? "I see this as some kind of confirmation" is not at all the same as "Ryne and Gaia are gay. It is confirmed."Then you can say it in a less rude and confrontational way, like many people above. Live and let live. Some people see this as some kind of confirmation. That's how we feel. Your own words contradict each other. We can feel how we want but we are ridiculous, according to you. Please don't do that.
You can have your head-canon and I haven't said anything about that, I said what I said about the OP though.
I swear to god if they fridge one or the other I'm gonna... be very sad...
Don't even need my Sharlayan yuri goggles for this one~
Considering normal tends to coincide with what's relatively popular to do, in this case, in context to fantasy mmo stories? I'd say it's rather normal.
It's almost as if many of us don't treat video game characters in a fictional reality as equivalent to real people living in our reality and adjust our morals accordingly when it comes to violence and sexuality in regard to them within said fictional reality.
I mean, I myself certainly don't think I'd enjoy going on a killing spree in real life upon real people, but I don't seem to mind doing so in-game, in-fact, it can be rather fun for me. I consider such acts of violence & murder as a greater moral concern than sexual ones, so I'm not sure why the expectation would be to suddenly pretend they are real people in regard to it.
Sex and violence aren't really that comparable.I mean, I myself certainly don't think I'd enjoy going on a killing spree in real life upon real people, but I don't seem to mind doing so in-game, in-fact, it can be rather fun for me. I consider such acts of violence & murder as a greater moral concern than sexual ones, so I'm not sure why the expectation would be to suddenly pretend they are real people in regard to it.
Despite it being taboo, and often illegal, most people would still consider it acceptable to be violent in real life under certain circumstances. The same cannot be said of many sexual transgressions.
For the record though; I don't care if they are a couple or not. I also don't care if other people think they're a couple or not. I just think it's a bit weird how invested in this some people seem to be.
