    Isn't the "Fan Fest Letter" we get sometime in February supposed to be something like a 14-hour straight broadcast?

    Yes, but I got the impression it was going to be like their normal annual 14 hour broadcast that they didn't end up doing this year as opposed to content to replace part of what we would normally get at a Fan Fest. The special live letter at the start of it sounds like it will be some sort of mini-expansion announcement.

    YoshiP had mentioned they were exploring possibly having a "digital" FanFest in May or June that would deliver the usual FanFest address and panels though no definite decisions had been made yet.

    We should have one more live letter before 5.4 is released. Hopefully they'll have more information to share about what to expect next year in place of the usual FanFest activities.
