I agree that apartments are very limited. While I wouldn't add a basement because that wouldn't make any real sense, being able to upgrade the space and adding suggested features would likely make them a more desirable option among players desiring a personal housing space. Also, FC exclusive housing isn't a bad idea, though if such a system were to be implemented, I would suggest separating FC wards from private wards and restricting sales of larger plots to larger companies; it doesn't make much sense for medium and large FC plots to be owned by FCs with just the bare minimum of 4 members or in certain currently existing cases, a single member.

I mean they could flip it and add a second floor as a buy able option, since high-end apartments have them fairly frequently.
