Please fix the “naked queueing” for Aliance Raids

Other than to lock people out of equipping different gear than the stuff they queued in, which is still 100% a viable option.

maybe its more viable in 24 man, sure, but it would be much less viable in say hominister switch, or any other dungeon that rewards you levelling gear as you go. Hell even minimal i levelling Puppets as a tank and you get that sweet tank gear, that no one actually lots on for the entire duration till its finally given to you, as an improvement, can cause issues esp if you gain a significant amount of defense and hp from it, but nobody cares to actually lot on it, and you spend minutes waiting for it to drop in your inventory to equip it.

You ask to do this but I counter with a low ilvl gear that is optimal for said desired raid. There is no way around what you are asking and I'm fine with that.

If you believe the SE is remotely that responsive then there is no point conversing with you because that's an entirely unrealistic perspective to have.

Except they're not trying to fix something with the alliance raid. They write a story and thinks it's fine to make CT raid mandatory for the purpose of the story. There's not even a hint that they're thinking there's a problem with the alliance raid, so your dissatisfaction with tanks/healers is irrelevant because they've acknowledged problems with role/job designs.

That might be due to this abuse not occurring on the JP servers to the same extent it happens on the NA and EU servers. The quick report for RMT Advertising wasn't added for several years of it being a problem until Yoshi-P visited an NA server and suddenly was bombarded with spam. FFXIV has had regular disconnects where problems occurred or were discovered on the NA/EU servers and the developers didn't realize they were occurring due to communication failures.

You may have a point there, but the end result is still the same, isn't it? And it also doesn't change the fact that the roulette can still be used to clear all the alliance raids regardless of queue times.

So if we want to think that the devs will agree that it's a problem, if only they knew about it, I guess we can, but then we'll just be playing a waiting game and see if they'll ever find out.

Clearly you're appealing to absolutely nothing. Not only does basically no one agree with you but you're unable to rationalize anything you're saying beyond "hurr durr the queues eventually pop everything is fine ryytiuttijfgbhfyh" which is about as generous an interpretation of your position as anyone reasonable is able to give.
