    You have to enter the house once every 45 days. If there is no house built you can't do that and it will activate auto demolition and the house plot will be lost.

    Got it. I haven't seen any empty plots for a long time on faerie in a long time. wasn't sure if that part was part of auto demo or not. I just recall it was a message that you see once you buy a plot that you had 30 days to put a structure on it. That kind of sucks then.
