You're confusing AF gear (artefact) which are usually the lvl X0 iconic job gear (starting from 50) with relic weapons (set of X0 weapons that you can build over time)

Relics are the weapons. Every level 50, 60, 70 and 80 iconic job gear is AF gear, and there's no indication that this one will be an Antiquated version that can be upgraded in Eureka, or that BLU can go into Eureka, so far.

I'm honestly not sure how BLU will even finish the savage Omega raids unless mechanics start targeting based on aetherial mimicry because there's a lot of things that Diamondback will not save you from, but can't realistically be executed properly if you don't know who's getting what in advance.

Lots of adjustments are needed but it sure is possible. Alexander raids had a handful of role-based mechanics and people got their morbols regardless.
