I noticed some people have immediate issues whenever there is too much going on, I don't know how exactly common it is but I just wanted to share my observations if anyone else has noticed this too.

I've been crashing quite a bit since the new patch came out. Hasn't happened in Castrum yet thankfully.

I have lost my connection in Bozja multiple times. Usually it happens when I try to reach a skirmish. I get there, try to dismount, nothing happens and everything freezes, then as soon as skirmish is complete every player and mob action occurs at once and I die to aoes. Running out of the skirmish when frozen restores the connection as well.
I thought it was just me.

Recently whenever I do group content, specifically on Samurai, the animations for my first weaponskills hang on every single first engagement with anything that has more then 24 players. This happens in Bozja too on the CEs.
It then happened to me on WAR in Lacus Litore. It doesn't seem to be connection lag, because it doesn't seem to affect my movement or positioning, but I can't see if I'm pokeballing or not so idk.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore

Went into a CE as a red mage. Didn't see my character performing any animation at all, despite seeing damage numbers and my MP draining as if the spells were being cast. Everything else was fine, I was just a statue sliding around. It was pretty strange.
I am getting MAJOR lag in skirmishes and Critical Engagements in Bozja when I don't anywhere else. I am talking, I can't even finish my Dancer rotation, because it gets hung up with so many people on the screen. I've never experienced this before and I pay for the most expensive Internet my provider provides.

This all sounds like dropped packets, tbh. This is on your guys' end(ISP, modem, what ever it may be) and just because it looks fine on your end, doesn't mean you didn't lose connection to the server for a bit. Your connections are likely having issue with the amount of data being sent from 48 or more people doing skills all at once. Same reason people claim the problem happens in PVP.
I will just stay out of the content then. It isn't enjoyable for me. I am surprised with download speeds of 500 MBS I am experiencing this. I want to know what Internet/providers people have where 48 people on screen is completely smooth with zero issues. This all sounds like dropped packets, tbh. Look into a game vpn like mudfish, it's likely that your isp has some bad node it runs through o SE servers.
