Glamour Gear Request Megathread

Patch 5.3 has introduced new dungeon-specific gear in ARR levelling dungeons to replace the old aetherial gear system, but jewellery is still the same aetherial versions of the same two or three ARR models.

Could these please be replaced with dungeon-specific jewellery using gear models from the newer expansions? It would be fantastic to get earlier access to those designs.

To be fair, it's not quite the same since the hood is down. And even if using the Spriggan cap, it's different than an actual hood.

I was unsure if it looked the same, but I knew there were Spriggan clothes.

Yeah I know we have the Spriggan Coat and hat. But the cloak they have in FFXI is different and unique and I would love to see something like that in FFXIV.

Can we get a version of the Replica Sky Pirate's Mask of Striking/Scouting that's only the mask (or/visors into it)? When you do /visor on the current ones, they only remove the mask and keep the goggles.

I really hope they add more crafted primal weapons for GNB and DNC. It makes no sense to me they skipped GNB and DNC with the new batch of crafted primal weapons when they had added GNB and DNC weapons when they added Shinryu crafted weapons. It was bad enough they didn't add crafted primal weapons for all the primals, but to only make one and then ignore them after that just annoys the daylights out of me cause I love GNB, but when I have my Pld that has access to every glowing weapon available since 2.0 or Drk that has at least all the crafted primal weapons and Heavenward relics.

More headgear with holes for ears to go through
Hats that just hide Miqo'te ears makes me sad. I was delighted when I first started playing and the low-level gatherers' and crafters' hats had ear holes with finished edges.

More long, sleek gloves designs
I love gloves that go over the elbow, but many long gloves for drg especially have super heavy armor pieces that look awkward and top-heavy

Separate slots for head and face gear
This is my dream. I can wear an eye patch and a helmet. A pair of glasses and a hat. It is a good dream. A beautiful dream. Even if the face slot is only cosmetic and gives no stats. Please. I think about this almost every time I log in.

Why is there an NPC using an Axe and a Shield? *I* Want that! I want to run around wielding an axe and a shield! I WOULD MAIN PALADIN IF I WAS ALLOWED TO DO THIS!

The Aesthetics and historic precedent of a 1h battle axe + Shield look is varied. A properly made and designed battle Axe would ideally be both a slashing weapon, in the form if the axe haft with a crescent or wave patterned blade allowing for a uniform heavy cut no matter how direct a hit it is, having the top tip (Toe of bit) with enough upward curve point, and tapering to make an effective stabbing weapon (Or alternately having a spike on the handle and having a flat toe of bit), a nice beard and heel of bit to manipulate enemy weapons and shields... it would make for a great, aesthetically pleasing weapon! Give it a thought Square, we already have great axes, great sword, hand swords, why not hand axes?

I would love to see all the flame elite sets to get a dyeable version, especially the flame elite's loincloth, that lavender is killing me inside. It would also be great if there would be a caster & healer version of the ravel keeper chestwraps which all the melee/ranged dps get to enjoy (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...m/23117139b34/) or at least the upper half of it as a "all jobs" glamour item.
