Incentivize healer queues with mount achievements like for tanks

Tying a mount to being a healer is just going to attract people to the role who only want the mount but don't actually want to be good healers. And people already look down on and doubt us enough as is.

Is that what it's done to tanks?

Is there an abundance of bad tanks only playing the job for the mount?

Most of the tanks farming for mount do it through PF farm parties, not running DF content.

There certainly is an abundance of tanks that are performing...below average, not even counting that ones that can't do the most basic things needed to do as a tank.


We have no idea whether or not they're only playing tank for the mount but it had no visibly positive effect on either the amount of tanks or their performance and we can expect the same to happen with healers.
