    Isn’t there an option to not put that info in chat? Or is it only not visible to me. Whatever I craft doesn’t show up in chat for me so I’m unsure if it shows for others.

    You can turn on/off both own and others' synthesis messages, but disabling own synthesis messages just stops it from appearing in that chat window. It doesn't prevent other people with it enabled from seeing it.
