You could do that with FFXI with it's GUI too, and that also had a default blue as it's GUI window colour (you could even change the background of the windows to 'themes' like patterns and even a chocobo print). Course, FFXI's GUI was basically all menu windows, no widgets or icons or anything.

Either way, I too was unware this was planned and I admit, as an old-school FF player I can't wait for this.

Now, how about bringing back the old 1.0 interface background style/font and colour theme please Yoshi?
