Letting sub lapse until housing fixed

I'm just curious why you give them a pass for something that is broken in the game? Why not provide the feedback? Should we ignore problems because we don't want to hurt someone's feelings, or because it's our favorite game so we shouldn't pick on it?

Because they are aware of the issue and have already stated this is just a temp fix in releasing the few new wards. When ishgard housing release there will be what, 1400 new plots per server? Demolition timer will most likely be back on at that point as well. Yoshi P also already stated they were in the process of procuring a more robust server to allow more wards but it was interrupted by the coronavirus. That's still on their agenda for the future. So, knowing all this, why do people still whine and complain? Honestly it's just because they missed out on the house this time and want to cry about it.

You literally just sent a hail mary to the OP for their entire reason for this thread. 13 years and cant fix. All up untill HW is free for newbies, but Veteran's Rewards can go suck it, yeah why they hell should people keep or continue to subscribe? Hoo Housing and upkeep is literally the only thing they can do as incentives for people resubbing, besides their abyssmal new tome gear upgrades math(256 weeks of capping tomes for all gear for all jobs, that is 4 years of grinding initally). Raiders dont even typically stay subbed, they get a month every half a year, clear it all and are good. Maybe they're having a tough time, and subbing for 2 whole months every even patch release. They have no reason to hold on or keep paying. Housing is it, baby. And what a terrible business model is it, when its implemented as dirty as it is in this game alone.

Nothing has been confirmed yet. So until I have confirmation, I shall continue to "whine and complain." When Yoshi P puts out that we will be getting Ishgard housing, all 24 wards, all 60 plots, demo timer is turned back on, players allowed 1 house per server (that one is just wishful thinking, I'm ok as long as there is enough housing) and gives me a release date.... On that day I will zip my lip on this subject. Until then my fellow Eorzean, I shall continue to complain from my mother's basement, drowning my sorrows in hot pockets and pizza rolls.
