I don't understand why people are defending a clear problem with this game. I love this game too. It's ok to give constant reminding feedback to the devs that this is an ongoing problem that has yet to be addressed. This has always been an issue. It's not a new issue.... "13-year issue".... It keeps getting put on the back burner. If you really love this game and want it to continue to improve, you have to provide the good and the bad feedback. The more excuses you make for the devs, and the more you call out the people that complain about a present issue does not help. Praise the good, but don't make excuses for the bad because you think we're being bullies to the devs. This is the best MMO out in my opinion, but stop treating it like its flawless.
At some point it becomes annoying listening to the constant whining and crying. I even see people writing that this housing issue is causing them real life stress. Like, if a video game is causing you real life stress, you need to stop playing and get help. I've missed out on houses many times. It's whatever. Just keep trying and you will get lucky one day.I don't understand why people are defending a clear problem with this game. I love this game too. Don't worry, I'll do the math! 4 area's with 24 wards with 60 houses each = 5760 Houses! Cool! Now lets take a look at your server, Shiva. 112,101 Characters.... Sure some of those are alts, some of those arent playing anymore. I'll cut that number over half. 50,000 characters for 5,760 houses.... Hell, let's cut 50,000 in half too. 25,000 characters for 5,760 houses.... And players are allowed to have multiple houses too, but we won't factor that in today.
I'm just curious why you give them a pass for something that is broken in the game? Why not provide the feedback? Should we ignore problems because we don't want to hurt someone's feelings, or because it's our favorite game so we shouldn't pick on it?At some point it becomes annoying listening to the constant whining and crying. Because they are aware of the issue and have already stated this is just a temp fix in releasing the few new wards. When ishgard housing release there will be what, 1400 new plots per server? Demolition timer will most likely be back on at that point as well. Yoshi P also already stated they were in the process of procuring a more robust server to allow more wards but it was interrupted by the coronavirus. That's still on their agenda for the future. So, knowing all this, why do people still whine and complain? Honestly it's just because they missed out on the house this time and want to cry about it.
Alright then, fare thee well.
