Devaluation timer =/= lockdown timer. The timer that's keeping you from buying a plot (because the plot has been vacated somewhat recently) is invisible.

So if I understood this right, the only way to get a plot is to literally spam the plaque with purchase requests hoping the invisible timer runs out?
