None of them are really tricky to handle. You're just at the mercy of RNG spawning the FATE.

If you have time on your hands, camp the zone. You can gather or do other FATEs while waiting.

This is another solution. Data center Discords are even better if you're a Discord user, especially the hunt discords that usually set up roles for the special FATEs in addition to hunt activities. Discords aren't hampered by the 64 player CWL and 128 player home world linkshell limits so they're able to reach thousands of players simultaneously.
