First I want to say thank you for responding and your support for this feature! Second, I'd like to point out that if you buy the repair mats you can repair your gear for cheap compared to the repair vendor. I don't know if they removed the crafting level restriction for it or not? But not many know the price difference is pretty significant.

And you're right, having a house has no practicality except gil sinking. It's enjoyable for me and a few others and to me it's more fun than end-game raid/primal content. It's the stress reliever part of the game and as a healer main I'm sure you can understand why xD

I have spent maybe 2 months in total sub time for just decorating houses, not just my own but other houses as well. I haven't charged gil for it even though people offered. As long as they provide the decorations or mats to craft it, I'll do it lol. It may sound like an odd thing to most people playing the game but there are many of us whom are like this because we're bored of other end-game things. :P

Thanks for the advice, ill look into that. For people that enjoy interior design, it isnt something that isnt worth, but if you're not really big into it having an apartment, or house is harder to justify. Its cool, gives you a little private space you can decorate or...have guests over, whatever you'd be doing, but if it really isnt your thing it ends up becoming more of a liability in my opinion. I like your suggestions though, I hope they will at least consider instanced housing
