Sadly no. A past thread I did mention though it would be fun to have some of Australia's famous culinary icons, and I even included possible in-universe lore correct descriptions for them as hypothetical Eorzean dishes (repeated here with some slight tweaking):

Vegemite Sandwich

A mysterious alchemist from the Southern islands apparently created the thick, black bitter-tasting spread that coats these otherwise ordinary slices of bread from brewer's yeast extract mixed with various herbs and spices, that has become something of a cultural institution in his homeland, and hopes that those in Eorzea may also share in his nation's enthusiasm for the bitter black spread. So far there have been few takers....

Lamington

A cube of soft foamy spongecake with a centre of aldgoat cream and rolanberry jam, and coated in a thin layer of molten chocolate and topped with a light sprinkling of dessicated Thavnarian coconut. A delicacy of the Southern islands, although a culinarian from Garlemald falsely claims that it was actually created in the Empire and is named for a former Imperial Garlean provinical governor from Islabard, but such claims are dismissed as bogus and are not taken seriously...

I also don't even really know the difference of typical Austrian and German cuisine. But then again, while I live in Austria I was born in Germany, so for me it wouldn't even matter if it's Austrian or German.

Some dishes like liver cheese sandwich or sauerkraut are both Austrian and German, no idea where they actually originate. Maybe sweet dumplings? Maybe I don't remember it right, but wasn't there a sachertorte?
