X-box one Controller randomly stop responding

it is up to date driver , i did try another controller which is another old Xboxone controller i have which have a problem on its own but not to another PC

what i notice is that its only have a problem with this game , and i realise its problably some sort of driver conflict in which i do not know which driver

so yesterday i reset the whole PC and install Win10 again , its seems to fix it temporarily , then the next day it start to happen again but not as often .
