If you want to interact with a bad community go play World of Warcraft. This community is wonderful by comparison.

Oh dw, we got plenty of bad apples in the forums. If the whole casualism elitism thread taught me anything is that people can make and fill 4 threads about the same subject reallly quickly. This is the second one so brace yourself , or get some popcorn

I have not encountered any toxicity in endgame. I am a believer in you reap what you sow, especially in a game with many people.
If you are a toxic unpopular person, thats all you will ever find and personally, have never had any run ins with people with any kinds of phobias

I dunno.. i play both games only see one community actively spitting venom at other people just because they play another game.
...And its not the WoW community.
Your comment is amusing. I have read the WoW forums. They bash FFXIV every chance they get. I understand they are threatened by a better game but its still reasonably childish.

This pretty much tells me that you have never gone there. They never mention XIV. You can go through page after page of the general discussion and not see a single mention of XIV or its players...
In fact, as of this post at 10:19 central time on Tuesday Sept 8th of 2020, there is a single thread mentioning XIV in its title in 55 pages of the general forums (each page of mine has 14 posts, which amounts to 770 posts) and it is about someone who played XIV and left the game to play WOW because it gave them more of what they wanted, without any vitriol about the game.
I mean, you're able to dislike the game all you want; but really, its just childish the way people here try to attack the WoW playerbase or the game as if it gets them points with the community here, or like they're trying to show how dedicated they are to XIV.
