You can back up configs and restore it on your spouse computer. Swap it for a day and see if still disconnect. If still do your support ticket have a much stronger case they it is square Enix issue.I added the port forwarding for my IP, since it's the one having troubles. I get disconnects when spouse is not playing as well as while playing. I haven't tried swapping computers, admittedly, no. Might be a bear and a half since we have wildly different configs, but if support gets back to me and they can't figure anything out it's worth a shot to set up for some weekend.
