FFXV Cross-over Event - Please bring it back.

I believe that it would be awesome if SE brought back the FFXV event at least one more time. While I know the initial event lasted a while; I, as well as so many others weren't in the game then and so we missed out on quite a few rewards.

The biggest thing of this is the 4-person mount. There are currently only 3 options in the entire game for this type of seating. Savage content, Mog Station and this car. So unless you get a group for savage content, are willing to spend roughly $40 USD, or already have the car... you're kind of S.O.L.

I thought that they already confirmed that they would bring it back at some point? Maybe I'm misremembering.

They already confirmed it will be back. Given that they've laid out the event schedule for the rest of the year and it's not in there chances are it will be next year.

They said events like FFXV's one is like flipping a switch, the question really is When will they flip that switch?

Right now, who knows next dry spell between last patch and new expansion most likely which'll be between June and Aug due to Covid delay.

Why have events when everything becomes devalued, just plop it on an NPC and call it a day at this point. As you said you werent playing then so why does it matter? Wait for another event in the future and get those rewards. Ill never understand this new era of demand where everyone expects things just because they feel they are entitled to it because everyone else has it.

You already could get Noctis's outfit & hairstyle though? The items for the event were his hair, the regalia & his outfit.

If the event returns the same way it was the first time around, and there's no reason to think otherwise, it will indeed be possible to get (young) Noct's hairstyle and outfit.
No hairstyles or outfits for the other characters, though.
I've always been more partial towards Ignis' outfit, or older Noct's, but anything that wasn't included in the first run of the event is unlikely to be added to a rerun.
