Folks put in the time and effort to get those, if anything they can add them via an absurdity grindy achievement, 100,000 wins or something, you want it you work for it.

As Reeka said already, at least in EU wintrading isn't really a thing. And if it happened in the past it was either in top10 matches in one season and the player got banned; or it is in bronze matches because some people read from you and reddit that all PvP players are just wintrading and cheating. While we played 1000s of matches and can say otherwise.
I actually would want that PvE has something similar, World First Groups or the first 20 or 50 Groups who clear a savage or ultimate fight on a datacenter or server could get rewards and titles too. Rather than take away the exclusivity PvP has, add some to PvE too.
WoW has the same exclusive-mount system for the top rated players in PVP arenas and they are unobtainable after the season ends, just like in FFXIV.
Actually, they're even harder to obtain on WoW, since you need to be in the top 0.5% of the ladder in order to get them, which is way more difficult than getting in the top 100 of the Feast, since the PvP playerbase is so small in this game.

Funny. I personally know a handful of people who actually win trade. As Reeka said already, at least in EU wintrading isn't really a thing. Yes, and let us buy Legacy Tattoo and mount because we want this and they cant timegate it... Thats your way of thinking right? Well you are not entitled to have them and i strongly doubt SE will change this.

"real PvP like WoW" lol
I want to be able to buy Ultimate weapons with Poetics. This is word for word what you dolts are calling for when you demand Top 100 rewards for wolf marks.

I mean people are already buying ultimate weapons with cash anyways not like SE selling it for money would be that big of a difference. I do ultimate for the challenge anyways. Main difference between ultimates and top 100 rewards is that ultimates weapons are still obtainable.https://clips.twitch.tv/BelovedSpunkyMangetoutCoolCat

Look how clean, crisp, and responsive that pvp is in that clip. He clearly got deleted cuz he did something dumb.
Now if you were playing ffxiv people will be rubber banding and stuff, people would be hitting people that aren't even there anymore and all sort of ugliness. PVP shouldn't even exist in it's current state.

It's trolling at this point....

Why can't I have it though? Time gating stuff like that is bad for the game. Riot Games even understood that and made all unobtainable skins obtainable.

Everyone here is just saying "You can't have it just because time gate uwu" but no one is providing a good reason why time gated items should be a thing.
No one sees a problem with this?
What harm does me buying a pvp mount for 38 dollars do? SE makes more money therefore more dev time for the game. Less intensives to trade wins which also makes pvp more competitive.
Selling rewards in the shop (or making it obtainable some how) is a plus for everyone.
