    Under normal PvE circumstances or even unranked PvP matches, there's no lasting downside to the players you are playing with. However with ranked feast it has lasting and real consequences.

    If you can't spare 10 mins for the match, don't queue up.
    At that point, why not just grey out the option to leave then? If someone has to go cuz of IRL or something, they gotta go... that's reportable? Emergencies and random nonsense does happen. On that note on being the receiving end of this, why doesn't a match just draw for everyone else if someones missing before the match starts?
