So were the Au ra, they have horns that would be hard to fit yet they make them fit and they give them all the hairstyle. And I know the head is different but its not that much to ask from a subscription based mmo to be able to wear headgear on your character, you cant tell me they dont have the resources to work on that.

Auri head structure is pretty much the same as everyone else's, just with horns instead of ears. Pretty sure they just clip out, but I'm playing my Hrothgar toon right now so I can't go check. The most deviant prior to that was the Miqo'te, but they got around that by putting caps over where their ears would poke out; the same technique simply would not work for Viera (and Hrothgar, though few people care) due to how headgear is applied.

One thing the director / producer complains about often is that corporate doesn't give him enough resources to properly run the game... so yeah, they might actually not have the resources.

I understand that we won't see much old content gear being updated to fit Viera, as that is a lot of work taken away from making new content. However, there is no real excuse that all post ShadowBringers gear shouldn't be optimized for Viera(and Hrothgar to some extent.)
even if we were told there wouldn't be a lot of gear for Viera(which again is not a real excuse) they already set a presedent for a very hi profile cross-over raid chain with the first set of gear all working with Viera. its absolute bs that the second raid gear doesn't work with Viera when the first raid's gear does. That's not even bringing up that paid for hairstyle should also be made available for Viera seeing as we paid money for them.
To say im a little peeved is an understatement.

I love being a viera, have been since ShB started. I love the way she looks and my bunny ears are my hat and my current hairstyle is always the prettiest! sure some need variety, we do have unique beautiful hairstyle, but yes we do need more viera haistyle. And all the hairstyles i bought or got in game, my retainers enjoy them. Lol

So just saying that some like me adore being a viera, and even we're not getting much right now(hopefully soon and i'm sure they are working it), i don't mind because i love my viera and i thank SE for letting me be a bunny!

For me I play Viera alts because it's the only way to have a female character who both looks somewhat mature and doesn't have stiff animations. The lack of customization does hurt though.

I always keep headgear hidden so I am fine with it. I will say the lack of new hairstyles is irritating, but if any race needs improvement it is Hrothgar over Viera. Poor things can't even change their 2 hairstyles without using a fantasia. Sadly, I doubt SE has much incentive to update Hrothgar in the future as the populations are dwindling to nothing. I may see one or two at most.
