WOW, welcome to our world. Suddenly when there are fangs pointed at you, now you're scared and afraid. We have been dealing with this behavior for WEEKS, MONTHS, YEARS. Suddenly you're in the hot seat for FIVE MINUTES and you're already breaking down. NOW you are concerned that being vilified is bad. You are absolutely pathetic. You can't argue a stance with people who have already decided you are the villain.

Well welcome to the club buddy. Maybe you should finally take the time to reflect and understand how the rest of us who were minding our own business felt when you came along with your posse and threw us under the bus. Yet just like with housing, you and people alike cannot stand on your own two feet to make something of yourself, get that gil, get those houses and man up. And now here we are, you get a taste of being 'the bad guy' for a few minutes, and you're already buckling at the knees.

You want to solve housing? The ball is in your court, talk to the GMs. Don't want to talk to GMs and want to be wishy washing about everything? Then this is what you're going to get. I did my homework and I did my part, how about you do an inkling of work sometimes and contribute to this discussion.

Lol if you think this is the first time I experienced this then you have not been on the housing forums for very long or you have not been paying attention.

Also I was not vilifying players in this thread in the manner which others have been accused so the lesson is being taught to the wrong person. Well done. Maybe aim better next time to get the correct target.

All the mics in the world just dropped. As usual you are my hero ahahah. This is exactly how I feel, so this sentiment doubled, tripled, times 6 million. I gotta copy this for the next witch hunt, we should just make this the copy/pasta.

Wow you're actually proud you taught me the lesson you wanted to teach someone else who was doing something I did not. Uh grats I guess.

My god. Some of you are just as bad as those you complain about. I should have known better than to expect fairness from people who knowingly abuse an unfair system. This is the only lesson you have taught me. That you are exactly what your actions say you are.

    Once. Again.

It's not abusing a system. How many times do people need to tell you that before you listen to it? Several people (in several threads at this point) have pointed out time and time again that people owning multiple houses is not abusing any system, nor against the rules. People have owned multiple houses since the Housing System first ever came out. Y'know, back when gil required effort to collect? But merely mentioning that would probably give someone the thought of saying "Well lets go back to that time then!" and.. No. It wouldn't be any better, infact it'd be worse.

The only "lesson" that needs to be taught, throughout this entire thread and all of its conflicting "Well you're a bad person" name-calling is simple.

Just because you don't agree with what someone else does makes it a punishable offense. Everyone has the exact same chance to get housing at <insert plot, ward, district, etc here> and some people actually put in the time and effort to achieve what they want to spectacular feats of accomplishment. Stop trying to start a fight because someone has more than one house and actually use the plots they own. Going back to the original 'offender' that owns an entire ward on Spriggan, it's pretty simple. Those housing plots were empty, devalued to the lowest possible amount and even then, nobody touched them or even showed any care about them. But when they're bought up and put to use? Oh, well. Then the pitchforks have to come out!

Get off your Amaro and actually try for once. Instead of whine that things aren't the way you want them to be. By the twelve, it's getting worse on this place by the hour.

And before anyone responds with the generic "Well, I have a job" or "I have a life" sort of responses? Nobody cares. If you want a virtual plot in a virtual game that badly, then you will make time to get it, just like everybody else. If that offends you in some fashion, then give up and move on to something else. Because it's clear this isn't for you.

And yet, someone already asked a GM if what they were doing is legit. If you have to ask a GM that question, what you are doing is close enough to an exploit that you probably shouldn't be doing it in the first place.

If you don't, someone will legit just sit there insisting otherwise. Asking for clarification on a rule isn't an admission of guilt: it's a show of players doing their best to be informed in order to stop misinformation.
