Remove T-Shirt and Underwear Slots

Yes, they're not used as they should be this is true, mostly because they're there to keep our characters from being naked. They did say they'll be adding more bikini type (or other sexy wear) as crafting recipes, so it's not a forgotten slot by any means, their main purpose is because our models are naked without it, like literal naked, not barbie doll naked.

They can't add TOO many stats to it, but they certain can make higher level ones more worth crafting, even if it they have a new design or two.

They need to raise the stats cus of purpose of Upgrading. Players want best battle gear, not fashion gear. There isn't at all a huge gap between lv1-40 in Underwear armor. Its like 5~8DEF more. I do see your point about if they removed the clothing from players body the gap between Underwear and Body Armor would werid while viewing our characters. They would have to redo all the Body and Leg Armors to correct size or just keep T-Shirt/Bra on even with everything striped kinda like what FFXI had.

I do want to see some Nation Underwear gear from Grand Companies. Like T-Shirt with Nation Flag on it. Ul'dah being Red/brown. Lim. being Blue/White Grind. Being Green/Black.

Most people I know (including myself) look at the viable options for gear and then choose the one that they like the look of best even if they lose out on a little bit stat-wise. We then materia the gear that we like the looks of to become battle-ready.

They should keep underwear, add more styles, let it be shown while wearing subligaria-esque gear that alters the aesthetic currently, and make underwear materiable. There are also more types of underwear than you list as each of the craftable ones have a few color variations (blue, red and green... possibly more but I don't remember).

I like the GC underwear premise but it needs to be attractive, a t-shirt won't suffice. Gridania would be yellow and brown though :P

As for clogging up inventory space: Yoshi has said that our equipped gear will no longer take up inventory space, so no worries there. I can't remember if he said it was coming in 1.21 or not though... too tired to look.
