I want it to be named as Solus. Since Emet Selch is just a title and his real name is Hades, which would be a super spoiler versus just Solus. Or Wind-up Architect.

Definitely not. Calling him "Solus" is a bigger spoiler than calling him Hades (which would also be an unnecessary spoiler).

Solus is a name that players can connect to an existing character right back in ARR. Emet-Selch is unremarkable as anything but "a character we haven't encountered yet".

Also his Tale indicated that it's Hythlodaeus who holds the title of Architect.

(Mind you, I'm still surprised that we got the uncloaked version of the Exarch for his wind-up minion... vague naming scheme or not.)

Oh golly. I remembered it wrong then. Still, I don't think he should be called Emet. We got Raha as "Mystel" so there are options.

G’raha’s new minion was named Wind-Up Mystel because we already have a Wind-Up G’raha Tia. We got it for completing the Shadowbringers main MSQ.

Other NPCs that have debuted as Rising minions have never had their names censored for spoilers. Both Lyse and Gosetsu were from SB’s Risings, and neither of them had their names changed to something more ambiguous. So there’s no precedent set here.

Other NPCs added such as Hien and Yugiri never had anything changed about their names, either. Or the more minor characters like any of the Au Ra from the Steppe, NPCs like Kylie or Zhloe, enemies such as Omega-M/F, Kefka, and Exdeath from the Omega raids.

Emet-Selch is a title, but it's the title we've known him by throughout the game and it's what players continue to refer to him as. He considers synonymous with his identity, at least in his role as part of the Convocation. There's no reason to not use it just because it isn't his given name.

As for the "wind-up Mystel", I assume that was an attempt to minimise the degree of spoiler for newer players who haven't got to the point where the Exarch's true appearance is revealed, but are far enough in to recognise the label "wind-up Exarch". (Assuming of course they don't look at it closely enough to recognise him anyway...)

Even if you've worked out who he is, his exact appearance is still uncertain until you finally see him, and you're left to wonder what he might be hiding.

There also might still be a chance they'll add the hooded version, which would be more likely to get the Exarch label.

Names of unfamiliar characters are not spoilers. Even appearances are not spoilers. They're only spoilers when you can connect that name or appearance to someone who does not look that way earlier in the story.

I got the Lyse and Gosetsu minions when I was still in ARR and they told me nothing about Stormblood except that there's going to be a blonde girl named Lyse and an old man named Gosetsu in the story.

On the other hand - assuming we'll be getting the rest of the Shadowbringers Scions as wind-ups at some point, the Urianger minion would be a spoiler because it reveals what he looks like long before you should know. As a new player I would have been eagerly looking at it thinking "oh, so that's what he actually looks like"... and it would completely ruin the reveal in 3.4 when you're not supposed to recognise him initially.

Likewise, the Estinien minion in his later travelling outfit would be a spoiler for similar reasons - the name means that a player still in ARR/HW not only connects that appearance to the armoured dragoon they're familiar with, but can work out that because the actual character hasn't turned up looking like that yet, he's going to survive past the final conflict with Nidhogg.

So yeah. Giving us a minion of the uncloaked Exarch is definitely a spoiler in that realm, where the cloaked version would be no impactful spoiler at all, but at least calling it "Mystel" might deflect someone from recognising the name at a distance and taking a closer look.
