    Are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Were any updates or changes made to your network settings? Additionally have you been able to download the game since the patch?

    I'm having the same issue as OP.
    I have not changed anything in my network since the 5.3 update became available.
    Before I had no issues downloading any updates.

    I uninstalled the game and tried a full clean download, also get the same error.
    I have tried every single piece of advice I could find relating to this issue, I have cleared DNS cache, I have tried different dns servers, I have tried VPN service... nothing works.
