引用有難うございます、助かります。でも逆に謎が深まりましたね。

現状がこの発言の通りなら、｢途中退出へのペナルティーは無しで、何度も離脱する人は個別にGMさんが罰する｣という私の挙げた理想系そのものなのですが、何故今そうなっていないのでしょうか……？
