The whole point of roulette is that you are given bonus loot and exp for filling in spots that people are queuing to run. You dont get a choice, it's not meant to be varied, it's purely there to fill in spots.

You're right. Which is why people shouldn't be allowed to unequip gear to choose to do lower level raids on purpose. They should be required to have the minimum ilevel for the highest tier of raids they have unlocked that are available for their current job.
You don't get to have a double standard where people can exploit that but we can't wish to have equal access to all duties in a raid. You're right, the point of roulettes is that you get rewards for filling in spots. So people should get what they get, whether it's Labyrinth of the Ancients or Copied Factory. They shouldn't be able to choose lower level ones because they think it's easier.

I hope im reading this right but:
You dont get a choice is right. Which is why people should just suck it up and expect Orbanne Monastery when in queue to alliance raids. If people who queue naked have a choice, why shouldnt I have choice (of more than 2 crystal towers)?
It IS meant to be varied. It is NOT roulette if there is only 50% chance of World of darkness, 24% Syrcus tower and 24% Labyrinth. And 0.50% for copied/void ark and 0.49% for rest of them.
