No, you can. (at least most of it)

The Bond of Pure Love (Paramour Pendant, Chocolate, and Achievement) = With anyone you choose (your boy/girlfriend, etc.).

The Bond of Dear Love (Platinum Paramour, Choco and Achievement) = Finding the NPC declared "Race / Grand Company-affiliation of the Day" (random)

The Band of Eternal Love and Achievement = Getting up to 20 "Glory of Love" Points from getting Chocolates and using them on each other (you and your partner).

And as Magnesium said, you can even go after the "Most Loving Couple" Achievement with your partner (whoever you choose) by getting the most amount of Love Points per day.

So 3 of the 4 goals here are with whoever you choose. Enjoy!
