Why don't we hear about egi glamours anymore?

A lot has happened since then in this year alone. They are a couple months behind schedule so it's understandable that some things might not be a priority right now. That said, they have never really seemed to care a whole lot about egi glamours. I was surprised that they caved at all and gave players the carbuncle ones.

Absolutely, but you know they're in all likelihood just never gonna mention it again right? 5.1 came out in October 2019 when all was (relatively) well in the world, and it went by without a peep about egi glamours.

They never should have been so specific about when they were planning to add them because then people start looking forward to it.

They got behind after 5.2. They said they were adding more news in 5.1, before they were behind schedule.

Since they have talked about adding egi glamours, I have been waiting for my leviathan glamour to come. I mean, how hard can it be? /joke (I honestly have no idea how hard it would be to make animations/models, but I suspect it isn't easy).

My expectations for the glamours have been so diminished to the point that the new egis wouldn't even need special animations. It could just be a motionless, floating rock and I'd be fine with it at this point. (Well, maybe give it some wiggling animations at least)

Take the wind-up of them, give them some animations, boom. Levi-egi. That's the easiest way to do it anyway.

We gave up non-MSQ related dungeons for "new content" and have yet to get that "new" they were talking about since outside MSQ everything is the usual and then slapping in Eureka: Shadowbringers Edition.

After all these years I still believe that they have no real idea what they want SMN to be. That is why, in my opinion.

A coil of bahamut summoner. Next "Demi" summon will be one of the coil bosses, it requires no new work, just use T9's boss next.
Summoner is a lost cause, they will never get rid of the egi system.
