There might be multiple critical engagements happening at the same time. This would add more dynamism to the system so it's not always predictable or feeling left out.The limit to how many people was probably to try and combat AFK's, but it's gonna be mad disheartening to not be picked even though you helped spawn the engagement, which I imagine is gonna happen fairly often early off, and then even more once people figure out the exact spawn requirements and do them step by step. It's gonna be a shitfest and I can imagine it'll get changes between release and 6.0.
I wanna just say "Just wait and play it and see!" and I'm truly hopeful I'm wrong and this content turns out to be a lot of fun for a lot of people, but at the same time the writing is kinda on the wall in the same way that anyone could have seen the ishgard fates turning out like they did with world hopping available.
It's like SE saw people saying how much they'd prefer housing to just be a lottery instead of a timer, and figured "Okay, everyone must like lotteries! Lets make that the mechanic!!"
with ps4 internet browser and no my nokia phone does not support internet.Neither do you. Except you're then asking those same people who you took a portal from to help you clear. Not exactly hard to imagine why they wouldn't, especially when there's a system setup specifically to mitigate this exact situation.
And how are you typing on this forum? Discord has a mobile version.
That is not the case, at least not after the latest nerf. I usually see 40-60 people on average in the zones, enough to complete any weapon/gear.
I think it'll be fine even then. This already has the extra 71-80 leveling path for jobs and they can easily reduce the number of players required to enter and just give echo when it's not current anymore.
Hate to be that guy, but this content isn't for this games lowest common denominator unless they’re willing to adapt. Yoshida straight up said the 1v1 engagements are for people who’re battle content oriented. Kinda like a solo ultimate fight. So unless you’ve had prior battle experience or grow into it, are willing to participate, and are willing to work with your fellow adventurers you probably aren’t going to be picked for 1v1 engagements or critical engagements. In my opinion this is fine. Not all content needs to cater to everyone. While I agree with you completely, I'd like to bring up XIV being very poor in terms of socialization. To focus on American and EU worlds, there is no incentive to actually talk with anyone. And many players just accept FC invites because they don't know what they mean nor care because of the buffs.
This game's difficulty is usually scaled for the lowest common denominator. And as such, you can clear any content as long as your party carries you or you are able to press 1-2-3. No more than that.
That said, it actually is a nightmare for some people because they got all the way to Shadowbringers (assuming no jump potions) and actually have to treat the game like a real MMO instead of a single player game with other people in the same area.
According to some forum threads, people think it should.Hate to be that guy, but this content isn't for this games lowest common denominator unless they’re willing to adapt. And this isn't my opinion btw, it's just how the community is sometimes.

Eureka gear had huge benefit in Eureka it was the only gear in the game with Elemental Bonus +, this made you do more damage and take less damage. The difference between using the elemental eureka gear and not having it was huge. The ilvl cap is also pretty ridiculous as it makes any gear earned in Bozja irrelevant in the content it's being played at same as Eureka was with it's gear. All the melds are removed.
What's the point of having a 430 sync if the gear rewarded is 485+ You don't get the benefit of it.

It wouldn't be the first time he talked a good game in regards to difficulty, only to have something turn out to be pretty easy. Considering it apparently chooses a random person based on unknown prerequisites I can't imagine it being Ultimate levels of difficulty. I'd bet that it's normal raid difficulty at most.Hate to be that guy, but this content isn't for this games lowest common denominator unless they’re willing to adapt.
