The ilvl cap is also pretty ridiculous as it makes any gear earned in Bozja irrelevant in the content it's being played at same as Eureka was with it's gear. All the melds are removed.

What's the point of having a 430 sync if the gear rewarded is 485+ You don't get the benefit of it.

Eureka gear had huge benefit in Eureka it was the only gear in the game with Elemental Bonus +, this made you do more damage and take less damage. The difference between using the elemental eureka gear and not having it was huge.
