・MPのコスト軽減調整
・ライトスピードは高速詠唱のみに変更、MP回復効果は別スキルに移行
・スリーブドローの効果が改修

- MP Cost will be reduced
- Lightspeed will be adjusted to allow only 1.5 second recast, the MP regen effect will be moved to other skill
- Sleeve Draw's effect will be adjusted

We won't know more precise details till the patch notes come.
