I'm very fond of my Face 2 Bun, though I don't see too many of us, not sure why I'm not too sure on what the other faces look like at a glance but I do see an overwhelming amount using the same face.

I experimented with a face 2 alt a while ago, I think it's a very pretty face too.

If you're looking for a smidgen more variety, the non-caster, non-tank Ravel Keeper sets are all worn by the Viis in Fanow, along with most of the Ravel Keeper weapons.
Beyond that, you could probably emulate some of the Viera-exclusive classes from FF Tactics Advance and FF Tactics A2. Elementalist in particular should be fairly easy, though the game is sadly lacking in dyeable sarongs/half-skirts.

This exactly! I feel like even the caster ones give such a fierce vibe that fits the viera perfectly even though there are none shown in game as of yet (maybe some future characters?)

Oh, I love the Ravel Keeper sets! However, the Viis don't really remind me of Viera. Maybe it's just me, though. I'll try to explain why I feel this way.

If we put aside the Viis' lack of an uniform look that classic Viera always had, the outfits also look different to me. The FF12 Viera samples I've seen seemed to wear things that looked beautiful above all, so I've always had the impression that Viera girls seem to like beauty and don't shy away from flaunting their own. On the other hand, the Viis wear tribal, savage-ish outfits.

I guess I'm just being too picky though, hahaha.

Just amazed how almost everyone is using either the face number 1 or 3, hardly seeing any 2 or 4 and I wonder why.

Didn't realize more weren't using face 4, but here's mine.
