Queued Expert Roulette as a WHM and got The Grand Cosmos. Got a GNB, SMN, and RDM as my teammates. GNB with E8S weapon does tanking well and SMN does decent DPS.

Unfortunately, we were paired with one of the worst and trolling RDMs ever. The RDM was hardcasting Verthunder and Veraero throughout the dungeon. In addition, this RDM got knocked out by at least once in each boss battle for not dodging aoes or not doing mechanics right.

We saw a third set of brooms in the first boss fight. We also saw a third pair of seeds in the second boss fight.

After clearing the first two boss fights, the GNB asked the RDM if she is okay? No response was given. In addition, I mentioned that hardcasting Verthunder and Veraero should not be done at this point in the game and dualcast should be used to cast them instantly instead. No response or effort from the RDM to show for that.

We cleared the dungeon in 30 minutes. A trust run would have been more smoother and faster than this run. After the RDM left, the GNB and I agreed that the RDM was the worst one we've been partnered with. I got one commendation in the end (probably from the GNB tank.) I gave the GNB tank a commendation too.

The biggest kicker in all of this: The RDM has all level 80 DOW and DOW, plus a level 60 BLU.

Sad reality is the game does not teach you much regarding classes so if they are lazy or just dumb then people can level every class to max level ans not have any understanding as to how to really play their class. Ran into a tank once that has every tank to 80 claim that shield lob was a crappy way to pull mobs.

A decent number of people just trust/squadron/FATE bot their classes from 1-80, which means they don't actually have any idea how to play the classes in question and just wanted an amaro.

I think even someone who just runs their daily roulettes would have a reasonably good idea of what they should/shouldn't be doing with a given class.

Mentors get hated on whether they're a mentor or not, because mentors. Continuing to do something that the other party members were against might be considered griefing I suppose, but that DRG was definitely being a jerk regardless. It didn't really halt the group's progress by the sound of things. They just made it more difficult than it needed to be. Personally, I would have attempted to kick them halfway through, but I'm a no nonsense sort of tank.

Drg kept dying to mechanics... so he was slowing the run down, barely used most skills from the look if it. Tank and healer said they wpulda vote kicked, but was strap for time as healer got called into work mid run.

if you have every class at 80 it propably means that you do not know how to use any of those classes.

Sigh I'm leveling DRK and thus decided to do MSQ roulette as per usual, got castrum, 2 DPS left, we wiped, a third then left, and then there were 5. We eventually decided to requeue
