    But you hardly even play monk, we can get jobs to level 80 now, but your mnk is still at level 60, literally HW level cap.
    It's pretty clear why you're still ok with mnk, if I hardly played a job I wouldn't really care about what their animations look like as well or still think its fine even though they had the same rotation since 2.0

    You really can't imagine way better hand to hand combat animations? It's probably the most flexible in terms of making something really cool, as much as samurai and ninja.

    Have you seen mch? they turned mch boring normal shooting animations to some of the coolest animations in the game and all they're doing is shooting a gun.
    If anything, gun jobs are why less flexible than a martial arts jobs in terms of animations.

    Have you never seen anime?
    Mnk already crossed the line of "over the top" since they added elixir field/kamehameha and the hadouken, they might as well double down on that.

    Mnk is pass the point of having down to earth, authentic martial art attacks.

    Ah, wrong pitch, salesman. I have Monk at 80 on an alt and raided through Eden with it last tier. I also raided with it some during Sigmascape. It's not my first choice, but I've been playing Monk at max level since 2.1 during every expansion.

    I wouldn't mind Chi Blast as a ranged attack that refreshed GL, or if our punches at least got the element of the Fist stance we're in, but ehh.

    Still. I stand by my point that mnk needs some better looking animations and I know you don't have THAT much of a lack of imagination you really can't think how they can spice of mnk Main combo. A job that uses their hands, feet and even their body (until they got rid of steel peak...for no reason) as a weapon.

    Mnk is the least played job and there is a reason why it is.
    It's not a fun job, on top of having a visually boring main combo which you're doing 90% of the time since SE decided to get rid of mnk's steel peak and howling fist so its not much break up of seeing these combo's.

    Even when mnk was OP it was still the least played. Every Job usage poll Mnk is the lowest, why is that? the job isn't hard to play like how mch was and it damage was amazing.

    Imo, its just because the job is boring and there is nothing exciting going for it and when it does get something cool looking, we can't even use it.
    There is a reason why Late SB mnk was the best mnk, we could finally use one of coolest looking skills TK and actually shake up mnk boring a** rotation.

    I know that our community in the NA(at least the vocal minority) likes down to earth low key animations, and always rags on the over the top on but honestly the silent majority kinda says other wise.
