Monsters That Creep You Out in FFXIV

Fardimant X Boncourge from XI was pretty disturbing and not right too. In terms of what he was trying to do; not appearance. XI was a low-key dark game. Like Pokemon, when you actually read the backstories.

Don't get involved in dark stuff like this. Not my cup of tea. It is understandable why SE chose to go the PUP route as opposed to what they were originally intending though.

I'd say the Branded serve as creepy from a showerthought standpoint. think about it. one moment you have freewill, individuality and such, the next you're a thrall to a Primal and stripped all those qualities (with some exception), now only existing as an extension of their will.

The Primals themselves are creepy by extension. And the Sin Eaters go a bit further with the principle by outright extinguishing the soul of their victims and making them mindless feral zombies

More conventionally...nothing I guess. I don't scare that easily. But I guess the Terminus Beasts come the closest by their nature of living nightmares and harbingers of the apocalypse.

The "tentacle monster" bosses (Void Ark, Dohn Mheg) are foul, especially the "spew bile" attack and sound effects. It's awful.

i had a hate towards morbols cause of ff8, after obtaining one as a mount i must say its the cutest morbol to ever morbol <3

That hunt mark in Northern Thanalan that is just a shroud with several bland faces.

Everything about Il Mheg, absolutely everything, I hate having to go to that area for any reason.

Theyre based(loosely) on a fallen god of corruption* from another FF game, so its kinda fitting.

*Yes, i know this isnt the most accurate description.

Do other players count? I say other players some player can be creepy. Like I ran into a man with a black wedding dress, I was like wtf? Why would they do that? Creepy guy used a black soot eye instead of jet black die. I mean come on, do not sully the edge lord status with the cheap dye.
