The Feast Glamours

So I saw the Feast popup, and that is has MANY awesome weapon glamours. Especially the RDM one, which is the first RDM weapon I've actually wanted.

But it appears that the top 10 are allowed to get them? If this is true, whatever. But I'm curious if I'm misunderstanding, cause it talks about Wolf Collars, etcetc.

Is there a means for a filthy casual like me to get ahold of one or two of those weapon glamours?

P.S. Bonus points if anyone tells me if the armor is possible to get from the screenshots.

The weapons are in fact easier to get than the armor. You get a certain amount of wolf collars depending on the 'tier' you end the season with.
The exact amount escapes me, but I remember finishing two seasons with gold ranking nets you enough collars to acquire a single weapon.

The armor, thus far, has only been available for the top 100 per data center of a specific pvp season. You're probably out of luck there unless SE decides to rerelease the old ones.

which they will never do. they have stated they will never put old feast rewards back into the system.
