Oh he is the Joker of the FF series. You should play it just to see what makes him so significant, and not just for the series but for villains in general.
The mats for level 60 Skybuilders' turn-ins are getting very expensive and my burn rate is going through the roof which is making me rather cost sensitive when it comes to gear. Consequently I've kinda been waffling on the push into the 60's until I could figure out how to make enough gil to be at the break even point. I've had to figure out collectibles and HQ. Happily this will save me about 2M on level 63 crafting gear (1M for the clothes and another 1M for tools).
Daily hunts and pixie quests again. Also lowered MB prices on remaining two items.
Was in Cinder Drift and a tank got really upset with a wipe and left. Switched from RDM to WAR then queued up to fill in for them and we got it taken care of no problem. One wipe in phase 2 but we had folks doing it their first time so of course they might goof up. Just got to be patient.
Joined a CWLS.
Completed last 4 man dungeon.
Started up the final trial for 5.0.
Took a break from crafting to run Lighthouse. May try to get Monastery done tonight. I dread Cidolfus mostly because I haven't run it enough to recognize the tells. Apologies in advance if you wind up in my party![]()
Unlocked Gunbreaker as tank is the last role I have yet to level. I have never tanked anything seriously my entire life. I'm intimidated as hell to try it. I've run Brayflox with my squadron a few times to try and get the hang of it, and I think I have a grasp on the abilities and the cooldowns, but just knowing the way through all the dungeons and being responsible for the entire party is super scary to me. I might try a group in a low level dungeon but I'm probably gonna chicken out.
Mostly struggled with lag while trying to cap NIN and doing CRP quests. I think the worse had subsided for now,
Died in Dun Scaith (a bunch)
