    I've just started having this constant 90001 error and have no fix for it. Same for my partner, we're both on crystal but have wildly different set ups down to different platforms and internet providers. Made my own thread about it. We both have a serious commitment to our static and would really rather not have to sacrifice that.

    Hang in there Antivilain - hopefully with enough of us shouting, they'll finally help us out. Just sucks that it was working fine for years, then now so many disconnects every day.

    I am having the exact same issue. I basically had to switch classes to a dps because if i heal/tank for a group in a dungeon, they are guaranteed 1 wipe due to my disconnecting. My wife plays right beside me on the same ISP and router and never has disconnected once. I've done every "fix" mods have posted from multiple threads, but nothing has worked yet.

    Im having the same issue

    I followed all of the steps posted by the mods as well as a few my isp suggested but to no avail. I just purchased sub and the expansion and i cant play due to disconnects roughly every hour. This is insane. I don't know what to do, I want to play the game but if I cant play and no help is given I feel I should be entitled to a refund for my sub and cost of expansion. But I don't want to do a chargeback because I don't want to lose my account.

    Since this morning I have The Errorcode 90002 . Round about every 20 Min the game kicks me out.

    So today I havnt had 90002 but now i'm getting 90001 every 45 mins or so. Last night I tried a new fix and havnt had 90002 yet but I uninstalled my killer network drivers and not sure if that did anything but no 90002 as of yet just the 90001 now.

    Edit: I spoke too soon. Got 90002 again. Has anyone got any update from support?

    So I downloaded WTFast to see if it helped and I went 2 hours and 45 minutes with no issues then got 90001 again. Its still allot better than once or more every hour. But I Shouldn't have to pay $10 a month for a service to be able to play the game without (or less in this case) interruption. Nor have i received any type of help from support or mods either on my thread asking for help nor this one. Its starting to really deter me from playing this game again if we as Customers who ask for help get left in the dark.

    Recently returned home after a few months spent in the States and was looking forward to still hang out w/ my long distance friends in-game, only to be greeted with these constant 90002 errors a few times per hour. Prior to this, I had to use tethering on my phone to even load into the datacenter, but at least I would stay connected as long as the cable itself wasn't dislodged, meanwhile now the best I can get is perhaps 30~ minutes until the disconnects start even with this method. It should be noted that while I was gone, the internet at my home was upgraded to fibre optic, which I thought meant I could have a more stable connection when I returned and would be able to connect normally without needing to use my phone, but since I'm posting here that clearly was not the case.

    I had tried using ExitLag, which got me around an hour or so of solid playtime, which made me hopeful I could stay connected, until I DC'd twice during level roulette and chose to dip so my party wouldn't have to deal with it. I really wish there was better support for this because I am steadily running out of options and don't want to have to quit and leave my FC without a leader or no longer have the chance to play with friends I met exclusively through this game.
