Well I got a good one. This just shows how people can be jerks when they are accompanied by their friends.
MT Gulg leveling roulette as a SCH, was looking to get some free Materias. I look at the tank, Lvl.80 WAR with full 490 tome gear plus the Relic. Nice, it's gonna be a quick one right? Nope, tank proceeds to do single pulls. I sigh irl but say nothing else.
Since I got almost nothing to heal I'm literally full Art of War mode. Pack didn't die fast, I'm probably outdpsing the whole group, but nothing out of the ordinary since I'm fairly geared myself.
Second pull, one of them accidentally stepped too close to the breakable rocks and attracked three extra mobs. Maybe that will be enough to incentivize the tank, hopefully... who knows. But they go back to pulling single packs afterwards, and there are a lot of single packs on the first section of MT Gulg.
First boss, it's AoE eating festival. I had to rescue the Nin because they were eating literally every single explosion and even though they had 3 stacks I managed to keep them alive. Tank and the other DPS all had stacks too, but so far just your average pug group.
Next pull, small again. Instead of pulling those 4 wolves to the big wall head, tank stops. Literally nothing to heal again. At this point I'm just bored of pressing Art of War over and over again and I /sit on the side to take a screenshot. My fairy was literally enough to heal the tank at this point. Except that one time I stopped Art of War'ing the tank decided to man up and start talking. Here's how our little conversation went.
As you can see I asked the party to roll on loot so I could vote dismiss the harassing tank, I have zero tolerance for this sort of attitude. Except in this case they were all together and obviously refused to do so.
Anyway, I took my leave after one final, and much deserved, comment on the tank's proficiency with the job since they were so adamant to point out how I shouldn't have emoted during a trash pull. Even though no one was even close to dying, nor had died until that point, and I my DPS contribution wasn't bad either. Ignorance sure is blessing, but can also be a curse sometimes.
