That’s because it’s not rescue pulling itself that’s harassment, simply the act of doing something again when told to stop, is. You can get a temp ban from using emotes too many times, or standing on someone’s lawn, if they told you to stop, and you didn’t.

I don’t know why you’re finding this such a hard concept to grasp.

Someone who's rude enough to do it in the first place isn't likely to stop when asked. They had the option to suggest big pulls at the start of the run, and instead opted to be obnoxious about it.

Maybe I'll macro a "DO NOT use rescue on me please" message for the start of each run. Then if rescue touches me at any point I'll save the combat log and report it.
