In game System Messages mentioning times

Here is the system message that popped up in game a little while ago:
    "-------- System Message --------
FINAL FANTASY XIV maintenance will be performed
    from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Jan. 31 (PST) / 21:00 to 23:00 on Jan. 31 (GMT).
Please log out before the maintenance begins.
See the Information section for more details."

That's all well and good for the people who use PST and GMT, but most of the world doesn't. Would it be possible to get a relative time frame in there, please? Such as "in six hours" or "in 30 minutes" or whatever the time remaining is? What I'm requesting is a very minimal change, that would take literally a couple of seconds to type into the script, with no detrimental effects that I can see.

I know I live in the GMT+10 timezone so that's easy to calculate but I'm not familiar with how to do variable calculations like for Daylight Savings Time (we don't use it here so I'm never sure when it is or if I should be doing GMT+9 or GMT+11 when it is on). Plus there's plenty of people who simply don't live in those timezones so there's no reason to go make so many of us figure out something that could be so easily stated.

Please consider it as a footnote in one of the upcoming patches. Thank you.

All the patches are in PST always and do not switch over PDT, I know its not easy but for those in GMT its at least easy to remember -8. For other people it would require them looking up there time and comparing it to PST. For me its even easier I live in PST/DT.

But for those who live in areas that aren't easy to calculate, they should have some sort of region thing, "you picked this country, oh heres the time where you are", its easy enough to check, it just gets tricky when you have people who live in Mexico or Canada, or other Europeans countries that aren't outside of the 3 covered by the game.

I think regions would be a little more complex than just a universal relative time comment (such as how many hours/minutes away the patch is). That would require looking up information on every single online player's account as opposed to simply stating how long it is before the patch. If it was possible to have it say our exact times though, that would be nice.

Another option is to add announced patches to the Timers tab in the menu or to the /clock command. Both of those options already use a universal relative time system (such as anima or leve allowance regen being at the same time for everyone) but they would require far more work to implement than simply adding 2 or 3 words to the System Messages.
