I admit I sometimes get hit by hit, but it's not even one-shot and there are even potions, I usually solo it without too much problem (unless the other team arrives in full force), how the hell did so many people die from it?

I specifically recall two of them running with the rotation of the laser so they died fast, and a third died by the end of it since I think they were moving from one side to another chasing the AST. Fourth was a BRD that showed up missing HP and had all the time in the world to heal up but instead got cleaved with the AOE.

Had a rogue at lv 56 queue up for trials who was also a Lv 80 WHM and didn't unlock ninja job. Also said trial had a tank who stood there and looked pretty. No fast blade, no DPS skills. Just stood there to look pretty and auto attack. I ended up being the OT as a DPS cause I was the only one going for the adds to peel them off of the healers. Thankfully it was just a lv 50 trial so it wasn't too difficult. Only one wipe and new mechanics I never seen before.

Well i think I' just had the smoothest Anamnesis Ayndr run in a while. Everything went so well, there was only one death (me, and on Kyklops), AoE damage, mechs and single target was usually on point and we even used Starshard on the last wall-to-wall pull.

If the job is any job that wasnt WHM, RDM, SMN, BRD, PLD, NIN, then yes you'll be kicked during 75 era FFXI(pre SCH and COR). I remember having the displeasure of being stuck with crappy tanks for 8hrs because it takes just as long to find one. We all also had to consider that it could take an hour to get to the camp and oh good "fun" if we didnt have a puller. No one really wanted to risk it unless planets aligned a tank/popped up at moment, and hope thier search comment doesnt say they gotta go in an hour, or both are couples, meaning they arent gonna stay for no more than a few pulls. DDs(as we called them in FFXI) were super easy to replace.

Signed RDM75 that been through all that crap. Try to heal a NIN that cant keep Utsu up even with haste and leading to wipes and we can only disband because we can't replace and half the party had been lfg for 10h or more.

I know this feeling when I was playing 11 as well. The searching, the auto-translate pming players hoping they were willing to come to you to exp or even not afk. Shiva server was just dandy for that.

Though you have reminded me of the one time I leveled my FF11 BRD from 37-50 in a 42 hour run. Those Crawler's Nest parties were amazing.

I'm sorry to the two sprouts in the Aurum Vale I abandoned about 30min ago, but I did not see anything going successfully when the level 48 AST(with almost everything else, including the other healers, at 80) was using level 32-38 gear. The fact you both out geared the AST makes it even worse.

Only RDMs can hold that much power out of Eureka. That's why they're Eureka tier.
