So then what was the point of posting this? The meal is there for those players who find it useful to increase their stats to meet minimum thresholds on certain nodes. That way they don't have to waste time and even more gil overmelding their gear for the same result if the majority of their gathering doesn't require those stats.

There's no reason to make a post just to tell us you don't want to buy something. Imagine how cluttered this forum would be if every player made a post for every game item they don't want to buy.

So testing stuff to find out it's value, that's a total no-no?
