    So I should:
    1) spend as little as possible to reach one of these skill speed range
    Viable Skill Speed Range
    457 to 811
    1,370 to 1,725
    2,208 to 2,537
    If you find your SkS to not be in any of those ranges, you want to either meld more SkS or lose SkS without equipping lower ilvl pieces.
    2) maximize evenly Crit, Det and direct hit, giving any extra to crit?

    Wasn't DH preferred over Crit for the longest time? When did that change?
