Sign. Really don't get why this hasn't been added. Almost every single other modern game I can think of with gear durability has a button to fix all your shit at once; there is no reason why this game can't also have one.

It's IMO already bad enough for gear durability to exist in a video game to begin with (there are points where chasing too much realism in video games is a bad thing that impacts the fun/enjoyment, and this crosses one of those points), but if you must have it, at least don't make it a chore to handle.

It takes me about 30 secs top to repair everything. Would you really prefer a developer spending more time to dig back into the code so you can save 30 secs every few hours/days?
