I've sent a bug report but basically I am stuck on how I'm supposed to do a seasonal event that is impossible to do since I can't just ask a mod to poke a button in game to make it so I can actually do the event that I want to. i'm just super curious if others are also having this issue and if they know any answer to my issue I haven't already done.
Check your journal, you may stick have the quest. It doesn't go away, you have to drop it.
