Remumu won't give me A Journey to Remeber

so, I have funny little thing going on. I don't have the achievement or any completion of the quest A Journey to Remember yet I can't see it or get it. what I get is what I assume is the end dialogue of the quest where Remumu says:

"Thank you for helping me with that story on Iroha. <sigh> I only wish the information we obtained from it was worth the trouble" ect.

I've sent a bug report but basically I am stuck on how I'm supposed to do a seasonal event that is impossible to do since I can't just ask a mod to poke a button in game to make it so I can actually do the event that I want to. i'm just super curious if others are also having this issue and if they know any answer to my issue I haven't already done.

Check your journal, you may stick have the quest. It doesn't go away, you have to drop it.

I don't have it in my journal. I have the starter blu quest, the HW relic at some progress and three others that aren't this specific quest. I've checked my completed quests as well.

I just re-read your post, she is indeed saying the last dialogue. Did you check your armoire? That is so weird.

I'll double check tomorrow to make sure but I doubt I have the items. one of the reasons I'm posting it here is to see if other's are getting this as well and since this is near the start of the event hopefully I'll be able to do said event before it ends. I got to contribute to my meager glamour sets. I'll even post a few screenshots as proof lol. thanks for helping
