Hmm, if only because I can so easily imagine how this would be abused, I really hope they never add that (at least with any category other than RMT, just as on the chat context menu). For Party Finder: Report function
I would like to see a Report button for content that breaks the ToS with a drop down menu similar to reporting RMT in chat. Or a pop up with things that follow a clear but general criteria like kicking someone from a dungeon.
This could be:
RMT
Profanity and Offensive Language (as listed in the ToS)
Ect.
Abusing the report feature is enough to warrant punishment in itself. There are rules to follow, and people aren't following them. Therefore, I believe they should be enforced in a more accessible manner.
I thiiink this used to be possible? But I agree. There are people I know who spam and troll and I'd very much like to blacklist them across any alts I make in advance. Or not have to wait until they're online in the event there's a hit and run for more troll behavior. One QoL I would highly appreciate:
A better blacklisting system. By this I mean there should be a much simpler way to blacklist someone, instead of having to rely on either being in vicinity of the other person, or wait for their name to pop up in the Chat so you can blacklist them from there. I've had the minor annoyance to discover that the /blist chat function doesn't work, so I had to step out of my comfort zone to send a /tell to the other person just to blacklist them. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to block someone who is abusive as well as a detriment to my mental health. SE should to make it to where all you would need to do is type the person's name in the Player Search, then right click it from there. It would save so much trouble, seriously!
I would like to be able to save orchestrion playlists.
Edit - To clarify on this, I know FFXIV has a playlist system. I mean being able to save the whole playlist, then the ability to load it on orchestrions. So, maybe I want an EDM playlist, or a serene playlist, or the ability to load it on another property I have permissions on.

I feel like there should be an indicator in chat for when queue pops as the pop up doens't show up when zoning in
EDIT: Also I suddenly had the urge to propose a shopping-list feature for pooling together multiple recipies

How about make it so, when you've unlocked the Skywatcher NPC, the weather for zones appear on the Teleport menu?
TIL you cant turn in the weathered AF gear for seals, which kinda sucks since they can't be upgraded (presumably, their idealized versionsbeing Extreme Trial loot), so I want the option to be able to store that gear in the Armoire or upgrade them to a form that CAN be traded for seals instead of inevitably cluttering up inventory space.
Also on that note, make the i90 ARR AF's able to be stored in the Armoire as well.
They're not sellable or deliverable because you can buy unlimited copies of the entire set again from the the original NPC for free. Just toss them.TIL you cant turn in the weathered AF gear for seals, which kinda sucks since they can't be upgraded (presumably, their idealized versionsbeing Extreme Trial loot), so I want the option to be able to store that gear in the Armoire or upgrade them to a form that CAN be traded for seals instead of inevitably cluttering up inventory space.

Error 3102 Club, Order of the 52nd Hour
Would appreciate it if there's an option to auto target the next mob on the enmity list when the current one dies. Would help for conal AoEs like WAR's, MCH's or BRD's
Change the subboss dungeon music in 80s dungeon. Out of the 5 dungeons it only fits in well with Twinning and it’s a massive earsore in Amaurot where the tone doesn’t fit in at all
- Instead of a board for the market. have a "Search on Market" for any item you have. Allow this view when you got your retainer out.
- Add a "Where to find" text to all the gathering materials.
- Add a "Where to buy" text to all items. So that newbies do not get screwed overpaying for stuff they can get cheap on an NPC.
- Add "Escrow" to mails. Player A wants to buy X at Y gils. Merchant B is willing to do it at Y gils but do not want to get screwed by Player A. Nor does Player A wants to get screwed by Merchant B. So by adding an escrow flag to mail. Player A sends mail with X gils on escrow for item X. Merchant then respond the mail with either the item requested. Or a no. If it respond with the item requested. Merchant gets the gils, player gets the item. If no the player gets back their gil. And if in 24 hours the merchant does not respond. The Player gets their gil back. Neither the Player, nor the merchant can screw each other this way.
